These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at autoskus.com (the “Site”), operated by Auto Skus, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as The Auto SKUS Group. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Site is a business-to-business informational and marketing site. It is not a platform for placing consumer orders and does not process payments.

Third-party names (including national retailers such as Walmart, AutoZone, O’Reilly, and Advance Auto Parts) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

If you submit a form or otherwise share information with us through the Site, you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant Auto Skus, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submission in connection with responding to your inquiry and operating our business.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
